Strategy
LAG Putevi brings together seven local communities across the Nikšić municipality — from suburban settlements to hilly, mountainous rural areas. Our task is to connect the local community, the private sector and institutions, so that the natural wealth, cultural heritage and family farms of this region can be turned into sustainable development opportunities.
The development strategy we adopted in 2025 covers five key areas: quality of life and local infrastructure, sustainable rural tourism, preservation of cultural heritage, modernization of agriculture, and environmental protection.
As a DestyFinder partner, through their platform we connect the members of our network — family farms, guides and local providers — with an audience looking for authentic experiences in Montenegro.
Seven local communities that decide together on the development priorities for the area.
Development based on local resources — with no compromise on nature or tradition.
The cultural and natural heritage of the Nikšić region as the foundation of every development decision.
Seven local communities that together form a single continuous area of 630 km². From suburban settlements to hilly, mountainous villages along the border with Herzegovina.
